Welcome to At Home with Val where I share with you all things I love doing and how I do them.

Planning, scheduling, cooking, organizing are all passions of mine and over the years I have gotten very good at doing them in a way that works for me.

A lot of these things are skills I do naturally and do well. But they are all things I have learned over the years. My goal as a women, wife, mother, family member, friend and hockey mom has always been to help my family always live their best life. I have learned to plan and organize our family. I work very hard at providing a healthy environment and lifestyle for them. I love sharing those ideas, skills and passions with others. I have learned from so many others, now I share me with you.
